Over July we will be exploring God’s word in the fascinating Book of the Prophet Jonah.
Discover the way in which God keeps His word, through people who don’t keep His word! Our speaker will be Rev. Dr. David Tyndall, co-founder and national chaplain for Sports Chaplaincy Australia, and also formerly the Senior Chaplain at Anglican Retirement Villages, Castle Hill.

Amazing Grace
How sweet the sound
That saved a wretch like me
I once was lost but now am found
Was blind but now I see
So many people know the hymn. But why is God’s grace so amazing?
When John Newtown penned the words of this song, it flowed out of a deep, joyful appreciation for the grace of God to save him and sustain him. Today, the message of God’s grace through Jesus Christ still brings the power of God’s salvation to thirsty, hungry souls. When a person discovers the true meaning of God’s grace, even the sound of the word is sweet. This series, leading up to and including Christmas, is an opportunity to rejoice in this grace and share it with those who haven’t yet discovered it.
